Kohlrabi has gained popularity the last few years and for good reason. It's easy to grow, harvest, and cook. Kohlrabi blanches well and is a good choice for food storage. We like to add it to soups and stirfrys. 

Today I'm going to share with you how to grow Kohlrabi and give you a few ideas for how to cook it, There are many varieties and colors of kohlrabi to choose from making it all the more fun to grow. Put it on your seed list then sit back and enjoy the video!
