Rolling Hills Farm Grass Fed and Finished Beef You can now buy Rolling Hills Farm grass finished beef by the package! Did you know that grass finished beef is much healthier for you than traditionally raised beef? One of the main reasons it is better for you is because it has higher levels of CLAs (conjugated linoleic acid) than traditional or grain fed beef. CLA helps regulate blood sugar, promotes weight loss, fights cancer, reduces the risk of heart disease, and lowers levels of bad cholesterol. Sounds like a super food! However, not all grass finished beef is created equal. Some are raised with hormones, vaccines, and lick tubs which contain GMOs and fillers. You can be sure that our beef is raised completely natural and the only supplements they are given are natural trace minerals and salt. Both are approved for use in organic farming. All common cuts of beef, including ground, will be available for sale beginning in August. CSA members can purchase them as an add-on item and pick it up with their basket. If you are not a CSA member than that is ok, you can still purchase our beef products. Please contact me with what you would like and we will arrange for a pick-up or delivery.

All of our livestock is organically raised and grass fed. Our dairy cows have a small portion of Angus in them which helps them stay in good condition while they are in milk and produce a meatier calf for the butcher.
